Collection

We assist collectors, both new and established, with all aspects of the formation and maintenance of a collection. The first step is to determine that we are serving our clients exclusively, and without conflicts of interest. A key benefit of working with independent consultants is the objectivity and counsel we provide. 

Every collection should tell a story. We encourage collectors to develop a personal vision for their collection. Our goal is to understand each client’s personal preferences and the financial considerations that underpin them. We then develop a strategy for the collection. For existing collectors, we can advise how best to expand and enhance the collection or how to cull it for greater coherence. We are also able to maintain collections through a proprietary, fully catalogued collection database, and advise on aspects such as shipping, storage, insurance, restoration, photography, and display.
